Project First Rate Bright Future Scholarship
Each year, two Project First Rate Bright Future Scholarships in the amount of $4000 each are presented to two female high school seniors who exemplify leadership and service within their high school and community. (See the 2008 winners) Since 1987, Project First Rate has sponsored these awards. Application forms are available from high school counselors or through the links below.
